- Colour of stain (Can have multiply colours),
- Siding (Board n Batten, Metal, Shiplap, Log),
- Type of door (Tongue and Groove, Board n Batten),
- Size of Windows,
- Wall Height Adjustment – 7’ or 8’,
- Dormer, Flower Boxes, Porches,
- Roof (Metal, Shingles, Cedar Shingles),
- Ramps or Lofts for storage.
